This domain has been recovered by HUMTTO

Until recently, humtto.co.uk was registered and operated by a third party with no connection to HUMTTO. On 8 July 2026 an independent expert appointed under Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service found the domain to be an Abusive Registration and directed that it be transferred to us (case D00029125). It is now controlled by Quanzhou Humtto Outdoor Products Co., Ltd, the owner of the HUMTTO brand.

What happened

The previous operator registered this domain in October 2024 and used the HUMTTO name to sell footwear online. The expert found that it had used multiple images taken from our advertising — conduct the operator itself accepted was wrongful — and that its use of the domain had caused, and was likely to keep causing, real confusion among consumers who believed the site was connected with us. A disclaimer added to the site later was found not to cure that confusion.

We were not involved in that website in any way. We did not run it, supply it, take its orders, handle its payments, or ship its products.

What this means for you

  • Orders placed on the old humtto.co.uk website were not placed with HUMTTO. We have no access to those orders, payment records or customer accounts, and we are not able to fulfil, track, refund or return them.
  • Reviews and ratings published about the old humtto.co.uk website — including its Trustpilot profile — do not relate to HUMTTO products or service. They describe a business we have no connection to.
  • Genuine HUMTTO products are sold only through humtto.uk and our authorised partners. If you are unsure whether a seller is authorised, please contact us and we will confirm.

If you were affected

If you bought from this website before July 2026 and were not happy with what arrived, we are sorry that our brand name was part of how you were reached. Those orders and records are not ours and we cannot access them, but you can raise a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, and — if you believe you were misled — report it to Action Fraud. You are welcome to refer them to this notice and to Nominet DRS decision D00029125.
